Abstract:
The paper deals with the mathematical modeling of propagation a forest fire in the presence of natural and artificial barriers. The natural barrier is an area of excessive moisture, and artificial obstacles - a model structure providing the water supply in quantity allowing reduce the temperature to a predetermined value. Shown results of physical and mathematical modeling of the interaction of natural and artificial barriers, located at different distances for different values of moisture in a natural barrier.
