Recovering distorted microstructure image of the amorphous alloys

In this paper we investigate a method of elimination the distortion of non-periodic microstructures on images which was obtained in the system of electron microscope with defocusing visualization. The proposed method of image reconstruction based on the blind deconvolution method.
