Abstract: The aim of this work was to construct a system of vector autoregression to analyze the dynamics of unsteady vector meteorological process, as well as the possibility of using experimental basis vector autoregression models with variable parameters for the analysis of the dynamics of non-stationary processes in meteorology using neural networks.
