Abstract:
Article presents the results of modeling electron microscopy images of nanostructures in amorphous metallic alloys. Models of atomic structure of the amorphous alloy Fe80B20 were computed by Ichikawa means. Correlative-spectral models of nanoclusters and amorphous matrix were proposed for multicomponent amorphous alloys structure models. Slice method were used for electron wave propagation simulation. For visualization we use optic schemes of real high resolution electron microscopes.
