The sectional curvature of a three-dimensional Riemannian homogeneous spaces

The aim of the work is the description of invariant affine connections on three-dimensional homogeneous spaces. A complete local classification of homogeneous spaces, which is equivalent to the description of the effective pairs of Li algebras allowing invariant a bilinear form on the isotropic module.
