Distribution analysis of impurity atoms in binary systems after high-speed solidification of the melt

Locally nonequilibrium theory taking into account the space-time nonlocality is applied to analyze the distribution of the impurity atoms in the surface layers of binary systems after high-speed solidification of the melt. The model results are compared with some experimental literature data.
