Abstract:
The problem of creating technologies and software tools for information and analytical support of management of regional socio-economic systems is still relevant. The current work is dedicated to the creation of such tools based on the integration of the concept of resilience of complex systems, ontological design, simulation modelling and multidimensional data analysis. The research focuses on the regional system "Business-Society-Power" as an object. The authors present the main aspects of developing a simulation model of this system as a tool for assessing its viability and its individual properties: functionality, recoverability and sustainability. The scheme of interaction between the software component of multidimensional data analysis and the simulation model, which is used to automate the computational experiments, is proposed.
