Automatic sentiment analysis of texts: problems and methods

This paper provides a brief overview of the problems of sentiment analysis, as well as the problems and approaches used. In recent years, machine learning methods have been actively used in sentiment analysis problems. The article discusses the main approaches of machine learning and their features. On the example of one of the datasets for the Russian language, the progress of methods in the problem of sentiment analysis is considered.
