Problems of higher education in journal «The heteromagnetic microelectronics»: to the 10th anniversary from the first issue

The subject of publications of Journal «Heteromagnetic microelectronics» is briefly discussed, including problems of higher education in Russia. The first issue of the Journal was published in 2004.
