Analysis by finite element method of integral antenna of RFID tag at 5.5–6.5 GÍz

Abstract: Numerical analysis effective integral antenna of acoustoelectronic RFID tag was accomplished. Optimal parameters of the antenna compatible with interdigital transducer on a range of 5.5–6.5 GHz were obtained.
