Analysis methods evaluation network congestion for control receive window

Abstract: Analyzed ways of estimating the parameters of network connection, determining size of receiver window. As a result, selected counting minimum packet transmission time to destination and back to the time interval commensurate with the given value. Provides a method for estimating channel capacity, based on a series of packets from a sliding window.
