Using ERS data for the hydrocarbons extraction's monitoring

Abstract: This paper proposes an approach and algorithms for detection and evaluation of flaring gas in flares according to OLS DMSP satellites and MODIS, and evaluation of temperature and surface area of the combustion by multispectral imaging in the shortwave infrared and visible sensor with VIIRS American satellite Suomi NPP.
