Software complex for simulation of telecommunication networks with given tough requirements for the reliability and probabilistic-temporal characteristics

We consider the principal design decisions that are important to build a software simulation complex of telecommunication networks with given tough requirements for the reliability and probabilistic-temporal characteristics. The developed software complex considerably enhances the existing standard packages for simulation of telecommunication networks.
