Abstract:
Considered the problem of head-of-line blocking will also increase assembly time data on receiver. Analysis of existing hybrid ARQ/FEC systems showed that they improve data transmission speed and reduce the effect of head-of-line blocking. Proposed a variant of ARQ/FEC system based on UDP. The feature this variant is the integration of Reed-Solomon codes and extended codes with parity check with congestion control algorithms for both sender and receiver. The structure of proposed variant ARQ/FEC system consists of adaptive module FEC, as well as feedback and control of the sliding window in sender and receiver, which will deal effectively with the problem of head-of-line blocking.
