Abstract: One of the tools for solving ill-formalizable problems is the expertise, in this case the experts are the main sources of information. Expertise for analysis and reform of weakly formalized systems (mainly social-economic and organizational) has a number of features that impede the use of classical expertise methods. The paper is devoted to the description of a new expertise methods class – the collective multivariate expertise, as well as the specifics of their use in the applied problems solution.

Keywords: collective multivariate expertise (CMVA), expert commission, conditional experts competence, cross-examination procedure, independent multivariate expertise (IMVE), iterative expert's competence estimation, collective expertise methods in the applied problems solution.
