Abstract: In this paper are discussed the methods for developing intellectual systems modeling processes on the example of chemical-engineering processes (CTP) in the nuclear industry. Showed approach to creating an interface for solving problems of mathematical modeling of the CTP. It offered methods of formation and configuration of knowledge bases of production processes, based on data mining. It presented structure of intelligent analyzer for simulating complex processes with application of predictive process models, that can be configured in real time with the use of knowledge.

Keywords: control and automation of chemical processes, nuclear industry, intellection and information systems, software and hardware, the intellectual structure of the analyzer and the identifier, the interface for solving problems of mathematical modeling.
