Digital health care: personal telemedicine technologies for rehabilitation, prevention and active longevity

Abstract: The article deals with the problems of implementation of telemedicine systems in practice and proposes non-traditional ways to solve them, providing a broad and cost-free implementation of personal telemedicine technologies for rehabilitation, prevention and active longevity. The aim of the work is the development of telemedicine technology for the implementation of strategies for the prevention of noncommunicable diseases and reducing risk factors providing the opportunity for widespread introduction into everyday medical practice. Modern information and communication technologies with "cloud" based system are used for effective interaction between the doctor and the patient. Improving the quality of the doctor's work is provided by the systems of support for medical decision-making, based on the knowledge and methods of evidence-based medicine, Russian "National recommendations for cardiovascular prevention". The functional and General requirements for personal technologies for telemedicine, which are implemented in "Telemedicine system rehabilitation and prevention "Reaprof". It is shown that the proposed approach removes a number of technological limitations and can provide a solution to the problems of rehabilitation, prevention on a large scale, including resource constraints.
