Abstract: The article biefly reviews “pioneer” works forming the base of quantum dissipative tunneling science, as well as its applications to various problems of nuclear and atomic physics, condensed state physics, low-temperature chemical kinetics. The study also considers a generalization of the method of instantons for the case of impurity quasi-stationary states in quantum molecules, described in a model of double-well oscillatory potential. The work demonstrates the flexibility of the instanton method, which makes it possible, in combination of low-dimensional system phisics, to obtain solutions to problems on optical properties of quantum molecules with impurity quasi-stationary states in the analysical form, as well as to take into account the influence of external fields.

Keywords: dissipative tunneling, electrical field, quantum molecule, emitting transition probability.
