Abstract: In the model of zero-range potential the authors have theoretically investigated the influence of an external electric field on the photoionization spectra of the $D^-$-center of the resonant impurity level in the quantum molecule during dissipative tunneling. It is shown that the quantum-dimensional Stark effect appears in a red shift of the photoionization threshold, as well as in increase of the oscillator strength of the dipole optical transition. The researchers have investigated an electro-absorption dichroism of the impurity, the change in selection rules for the oscillator quantum numbers. Photoionization spectra is highly sensitive to the parameters of the dissipative tunneling.

Keywords: resonant impurity states, dissipative tunneling, quantum molecule, photoionization spectrum of the $D^-$-center of the resonant impurity level, impurity of electrooptical absorption.
