Numerical and analytical solution of the problem of electromagnetic field diffraction on a dielectric parallelepiped located in a rectangular waveguide

Abstract: Electromagnetic diffraction problem on a dielectric body in a rectangular waveguide is considered. In the case of filled waveguide's section the analytical solution of Maxwell equations is obtained. Numerical results for the solution of integro-differential equation by collocation method are presented.
