Features of the molecular states of $A^+$ centers in 2D structures

Abstract: Within the framework of zero - range potential model in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum well with $A^+$ and $A^+_2$ centers are calculated. Shown that the model $A^+_2$ centers can adequately describe the experimental evidence of the existence of molecular states $A^+$ centers in 2D - GaAs/AlGaAs structures.
