Abstract: The work is connected with the investigation of the interconnection of the electrical field of the atmosphere boundary layer with geophysical processes with the help of radiotechnical and radiophisical methods and facilities. The general task statement of the spectral process estimation, analysed in this work and which consists of noise background and partialy determined harmonic signal( moon and solar tide effects) is formulated in the following way: it is necessary to get the true estimation of the amplitude of the spectral components at the known frequences of the moon and solar tides according to the given discrete measurements of the vertical component of the boundary layer electric intensity at the final time interval. Perspectivity of using radiotechnical method of the correlative quadrature receiver for solving the problem of the estimation of the electrical field amplitude at the frequences of moon and solar tides has been proved.

Keywords: electrical field, geophysical processes, spectral analysis, optimum receiption.
