Abstract: The paper presents a theoretical study of the effect of spin-orbit interaction on the effect of photon entrainment (EFU) of electrons during photoionization of $D^{(-)}$ centers in a semiconductor quantum wire in a magnetic field longitudinal to its axis. It is shown that taking into account spin states leads to a modification of the spectral dependence of the EFU associated with the dimensionally quantized Zeeman effect and to the dependence of the impurity absorption threshold on the gyromagnetic ratio.
