Asymptotic estimates of the unreliability of circuits with inverse faults at the inputs

It is shown that if three more incongruent Boolean functions depending on no more than two variables are added to each of the irreducible complete bases, then in the obtained bases the asymptotic estimate of the unreliability of the schemes is 2$\epsilon$ for almost all functions.
