Abstract:
The process of photoexcitation of impurity molecular ions $D^-_2$ in a quasi-two-dimensional structure is theoretically investigated, taking into account the dispersion of the radius of quantum dots under conditions of external electric and magnetic fields. The dichroism of impurity electro-optical absorption associated with the electronic polarization of the $D^-_2$ center has been revealed. It is shown that in the magnetic field there is a «blue» shift of the edge of the photoexcitation band due to the dynamics of the terms.
