Abstract: The source of the anisotropy of the relic radiation is cosmological disturbances with a wavelength comparable to or greater than the Hubble radius. It is reasonable to believe that such long-wave perturbations came from an era when the universe was much younger. The initial disturbances were of a quantum mechanical nature and were subsequently amplified by an external parametric gravitational field. Thus, scalar and tensor perturbations are a source of information about the early universe. In this article, the quantum mechanical origin of the initial perturbations is considered and the power spectra and spectral indices of scalar and tensor perturbations are calculated within the framework of exact solutions to the equations of scalar field dynamics.
