Abstract:
The dynamics of air temperature and sums of precipitation, averaged over decades and thirty-year periods, during the season of floods on the rivers in flat part of the Kabardin-Balkar Republic is investigated. Changes in distribution of monthly precipitation in the period of floods are revealed. At the same time, none of the trends identified here for the period 1961-2016 is indicative of statistical significance. The distribution of air temperatures within the flood season did not change, but the indicators averaged over decades and thirty-year periods reached the maximum values at the end of the period.
