The Cauchy and Dirichlet problems for ordinary differential equation of second order with regularized derivative of segment order

Abstract: For an ordinary differential equation of second order with regularized derivative of segment order we build a fundamental solution, that is used to provide explicit solution for the Cauchy and Dirichlet problems.
