To the question of application of fractional integral differentiation in modeling of diffusion-drift transport of charge carriers in layers with fractal structure

Abstract: A study model of the diffusion-drift transport of charge carriers in the layers of the fractal structure is presented. The law of conservation of charge in layers with fractal structure is proved in analytical form.
