Phase transition "dielectric-metal" in a massive alkali halide crystals under hydrostatic pressure

Abstract: The basic equations for the study of phase transition "dielectric - metal" in ionic crystals of infinite size at absolute zero temperature are obtained. "Dielectric - metal" phase transition pressures for the number of alkali-halide crystals are calculated. Relative changes in the volume of the crystal modifications at the phase transition "dielectric - metal" in ionic crystals are calculated. The calculation of the cohesive characteristics of the dielectric and metallic phases of ionic crystals is performed. Phase diagrams for all the investigated crystals are plotted.
