Abstract: The results of studies of the effect of wind in the atmosphere on the formation of macro-and micro structural characteristics of convective clouds are presented. The studies have been performed on the basis of three-dimensional non- stationary model with a detailed view of clouds thermo hydrodynamics processes and microphysics. It was found that the interaction of clouds with the surrounding atmosphere is a significant structure-forming factor affecting the formation and development of clouds. It is demonstrated that the presence of a reversal of wind speed in the atmosphere prevents the development of cloud.

Keywords: convective clouds, interaction of the processes, surrounding atmosphere, mathematical simulation, three-dimensional model.
