Abstract:
Results of research of influence of global warming of a climate on climatology of hailstorms and
methods of an estimation of physical efficiency of antihailstorm protection considering a trend of hailstorm hazard of a region are considered. It is established, that during last 30 years frequency of hailstorms and quantity of powerful thunder clouds in mountain areas of the North Caucasus have gone
down on the average 1,5 - 2 times, and in foothill areas have increased by 15 - 20
that the estimation of efficiency of anti-hailstorm operations shold be performed with taking into account a trend of hailstorm hazard of each region.
