About one problem A.V. Lykov and the constructive form of its solution

It has been proven that the mixed problem formulated by A.V. Lykova for the hyperbolic equation is not correct. It is shown that in a refined formulation the problem of A.V. Lykov's problem becomes correct and a constructive formula for its solution is derived.
