The Problem of the Neutron Lifetime Measurements

In this paper the analysis of the present situation with the neutron lifetime measurement is made. The problem of experimental data discrepancy has been analyzed and systematic errors of some experiments have been found out. The corrected table of measurements is given and a new world average value of neutron lifetime $879.9\pm0.9\,$s is presented.
