Detection of nonequilibrium phase transitions in water

Abstract: The time dependence of the temperature of distillated water upon its cooling and heating in the temperature range from 3 to 5 $^\circ$C has been investigated. Nonequilibrium phase transitions indicating the presence of ordered over-molecular structures have been detected.
