Abstract: The velocity of the light pulse emitted by an ultrarelativistic electron bunch is directly measured. The measured velocity is within $0.3\%$ of the standard speed of light in a vacuum. The result can be considered as the most direct experimental confirmation of the second postulate of special relativity.
