Analysis and correction of the measurement of the neutron lifetime

Corrections have been introduced into the result $\tau_\beta=885.4\pm0.9_{\rm stat}\pm0.4_{\rm syst}$ s of our measurements of the neutron lifetime. The corrected value is $\tau_\beta=881.6\pm0.8_{\rm stat}\pm 1.9_{\rm syst}\,$s.
