Beam focusing upon the reflection from crystals and multilayer periodic structures with variable period

Abstract: The focusing properties of crystals and multilayer structures with variable period are demonstrated for the symmetric and asymmetrical Bragg reflection geometries. The focusing efficiency is examined.
