Dependence of the energy of the resonance states of an acceptor in silicon on the host isotopic mass

Abstract: It has been found that the energy of the transitions of acceptors to resonance states under a spin-split valence subband depends on the isotope content of the silicon matrix. An estimate of the isotope effect for the spin-orbit splitting of the valence band of silicon has been obtained.
