Abstract: Effects of parity violation in the interaction of relativistic polarized protons and deuterons are discussed. $P$-odd asymmetries in the total and elastic scattering cross sections, in the dissociation cross section, and in the inelastic scattering cross section with the production of mesons are estimated within the Glauber approach. It is shown that the $P$-odd effect in the interaction of polarized deuterons with unpolarized protons is larger than that in the interaction of polarized protons with unpolarized deuterons. A significant $P$-odd asymmetry is found in the channel of dissociation of the polarized deuteron.
