Negative photoconductivity of the Ba$_{0.8}$Sr$_{0.2}$TiO$_3$/LaMnO$_3$ heterostructure

Abstract: The effect of infrared, green, and ultraviolet laser radiation on the electrical resistance of the Ba$_{0.8}$Sr$_{0.2}$TiO$_3$/LaMnO$_3$ heterostructure is studied. Illumination increases the resistance in the temperature range of $80$$200$ K with a characteristic time of $\sim4$$15$ s. The negative effect of the photoconductivity is detected under irradiation by infrared, green, and ultraviolet radiation.
