On small motions of a magnetizable viscous liquid

A generic problem of small motions of a magnetizable fluid in a partially filled vessel is given. The problem under consideration is reduced to operator-differential equation in the Hilbert space. The correctness of solvability of the Cauchy problem for this equation is proven. Some properties of frequency spectrum for free oscillations of the liquid are established.
