The theorem of monomorphism of semi-integral $l$-groupoids into complete integral $l$-groupoids

The present article deals with the theorem of monomorphism of semi-integral $l$-groupoid into complete integral $l$-groupoid which (the theorem) has been given in the article [5] without proof. In this article the theorem is proved.
