A remark to the paper of A. A. Gol'dberg “An estimate of modulus of logarithmic derivative of Mittag–Leffler function and its applications”

An upper estimate of modulus of logarithmic derivative of the function of Mittag–Leffler's type $E_{\rho}(z,\mu)$ is obtaind. Using this result we describe the set of pairs $(\rho,\mu)$ such that the function of Mittag–Leffler's type is a function of bounded index.
