Totally umbilical submanifolds in $G(2,n)$. IV

This paper continues the series of the papers on the complete classification of the totally umbilical submanifolds in the Grassmann manifolds $G(2,n)$. Two-dimensional essentially totally umbilical submanifolds in $G(2,n)$ (with $n>5$) are under consideration.
