Generation of harmonics by means of YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-x}$ high-temperature superconducting polycrystals

Abstract: Based on the nonlinear magnetic properties of YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-x}$ high-temperature superconducting polycrystals, a harmonic generator offering a wide spectrum of harmonics is devised. It is shown that, as the number of the harmonic increases, its amplitude decreases gradually. The device has a wide dynamic range, and its design is simpler and more reliable compared with currently available analogues.
