Abstract:
The atomic structure in Bi$_{1-x}$Y$_{x}$FeO$_{3}$ samples is analyzed as a function of changes in the concentration composition of yttrium at $x$ = 0, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2. The samples were prepared by fast liquid sintering using a conventional solid state reaction. As a result of X-ray diffraction studies of Bi$_{1-x}$Y$_{x}$FeO$_{3}$ samples with increasing $x$, a concentration phase transition from the rhombohedral phase to the orthorhombic phase was revealed at $x$ = 0.2 and the inflection point $x$ = 0.15. It was shown that with an increase in the yttrium content, the relative dielectric constants and dielectric loss tangents of the samples gradually decreased.
