Structure and magnetoresistance of Co–Gd and Al–Co–Gd alloy films

Abstract: Structural data and field dependences of resistance $R(H)$ for film of alloys of Co–Gd è Al–Co–Gd obtained by vacuum sputtering are presented. As shown, amorphous film of Co$_{55}$Gd$_{45}$ is founded ferromagnetic state at room temperature. Features, discovered during dependences of $R(H)$ for film samples of Al$_{84}$Co$_{8}$Gd$_{8}$ è Al$_{92}$Co$_{6}$Gd$_{2}$ are related with magnetic ordering of film materials.
