Velocity of electric wind and efficiency of electric energy conversion

Abstract: The results of the theoretical and experimental studies of the electric wind velocity and efficiency are considered. The experiments are carried out in air at atmospheric pressure using the electrode system as a flat multispike electrode–two parallel tube.
