High-frequency asymptotic behavior of the spectral energy distribution of equilibrium radiation in a degenerate electron plasma

Abstract: It has been shown that the asymptotic behavior of the spectral energy distribution of equilibrium radiation in a degenerate electron plasma in the range of high frequencies basically differs from the Planck formula in view of the power-law decrease with increasing frequency. In this case, the inclusion of the intrinsic magnetic moment of electrons plays a decisive role.
